<p>當天的自製甜點有經典提拉米蘇，採用傳統做法由手指餅乾沾附加了萊姆酒的濃縮咖啡與添加白蘭地的Mascarpone cheese層層交疊，入口即化，綿密香濃。我想這就是經典吧！手工自製甜點就是有不同的風味，非常棒喔。</p>

<p>這麼特別的名字是源自1880年左右有個法國廚師叫作Tatin，不小心讓蘋果在奶油糖漿裡煮焦了，為了補救，快速將派皮覆蓋上並送進烤箱~<br />
客人吃了讚不絕，因此成為了店家招牌~</p>
<p>奶油焦糖蘋果反過來烤，塔皮更香更酥囉。酥脆的甜餅皮搭配上焦糖化的剛剛好又甜又帶點酸味的焦糖蘋果餡，是絕妙組合，分開吃、一起吃都好吃</p>

<p>貝禮詩香甜酒是由鮮奶油和愛爾蘭威士忌調和而成，用這款奶酒來替苦甜巧克力蛋糕增加特別的濃郁香氣。最後撒上些微辣椒粉裝飾，口感似布朗尼蛋糕，濃而不膩。濃郁巧克力蛋糕多了酒香顯得更有層次，伴隨淡淡的咖啡和奶酒香氣，口感細緻滑順，風味十分強烈。</p>

<p>加了點點海鹽，鹹味讓焦糖變的不膩了，鹹鹹甜甜的滋味～是有著成熟大人口味的甜點，以美國進口胡桃點綴裝飾，剛好可以解解生乳酪的膩口，冰涼的感覺及綿密的口感一直是深得我心，吸引人一口接一口。搭配上一杯香濃的咖啡。天阿，這也太幸福了吧。</p>
